How Our Family Began
David and Sherry were adopted into God’s family by becoming born again when they were young teenagers (although they did not know each other). Read David’s and Sherry’s testimony of how God saved them. The Ward family began on August 16th, 1997 when David and Sherry were married in the state of New Jersey where they met while attending Rutgers University in 1995.

What Defines Our Family
What defines our family is our Christian faith, a faith that we hope is evident to all those who know us. Saving faith in Jesus Christ must manifest itself in every aspect of life - in our thoughts, actions, and choices. We desire to not have a “religious” department of our lives that we pull out when we talk about the Bible or go to church, but that our relationship with God through Jesus works itself out in our daily lives. Over the years, David has assembled a compendium of Bible verses along with a basic outline to explain the Christian faith and why it is necessary to believe in Jesus to escape the punishment of God for our sins. Please read God’s Plan of Salvation. We pray that God will show you the truthfulness of His Word, the Bible, and that, seeing your need for Jesus, you will trust Him to save you from the bondage and effects of your sin both now and for eternity.

Our Children
The Lord has been pleased to give us five children: Abigail in 1998, Emma in 2000, Caitlyn in 2002, Benjamin in 2005, and Bethany in 2007.

Behold, children are a gift of the LORD,
